A call for investors in 3/P, the new Player Performance Program, offering young athletes a new path

Toronto, Ontario – June 28, 2023 – the 3/P leadership team, comprising brain educators and coaches, announced today the establishment of the 3/P non-profit organization (www.3pathletes.com). 3/P takes on the national and international crisis in youth sports by providing the world’s first sports athlete program grounded in neuroscience for athletes 5- to 18-year-olds.

“Abuse, bullying, sexism, and racism still run rampant in Canadian and American youth sports, not just in hockey, but also in gymnastics, alpine sports, tennis, and others. Clearly, the status quo is not working. While well-intentioned, we know that the current programs and initiatives cannot and will not work because they are not grounded in neuroscience.” – Donald Bilodeau, Co-Founder 3/P

Unlike any other program today, 3/P takes a brain-first approach to training athletes, coaches, and parents through a uniquely holistic scope. The 26-week program teaches athletes principles and practices of brain health, physical fitness, and team building, covering everything from cognitive brain training and stress reduction, to injury, bullying, and abuse awareness.

“3/P takes on the crisis in youth sports in a truly unique way. The overwhelming majority of educational programs for young athletes focus on physical skill development alone, ignoring the multitude of challenges and variables young athletes face. 3/P addresses that unmet need by providing a brain-first program that improves every aspect of their performance, including their social and academic success.” – Jennifer Fraser, PhD, Co-Founder 3/P.

Investors wanted

3/P seeks investors who want to take part in reforming youth sports culture in North America by advancing brain science education and adoption, inclusivity, and diversity. Investors benefit from taking a leadership role in the most innovative program of its kind for young athletes and to capitalize to a North American youth sports market opportunity, which exceeds $60 Billion annually.
